The ECS EICH Water Purification system is designed
specifically for the Stone industry, whether you work with natural
granite, engineered stone, limestone, or marble. Several features
set the ECS EICH Systems apart from other systems:
- No flocculants required: No harmful or
corrosive chemicals circulate repeatedly through your machines. Users
all save time by not having to monitor chemical levels as well as
eliminating the need to purchase and store chemicals.
- No harmful sludge: All waste can be
disposed of easily, as the sludge does not contain chemicals
- Clean water: The system water cleans water
for the most demanding applications, including polishing black granite.
In addition, the system is completely self contained, with water storage
tanks and automatic refill and overflow
- Fully automatic operation: Automatic Sump
agitation to prevent clogging, sludge pump with automatic opening an
closing during cycles, cleaning cycle for the lamellar plates, as well
as computer diagnostic and warnings are standard with ECS EICH systems.
- Compensating Pump Pressure: Whether you
are running one or many machines, the special design pump will always
provide the correct pressure level.
- Choice of bagging systems or filter press:
A number of bagging systems or filter presses are available for the ECS
EICH systems.
- Comprehensive Service in the USA: Should
your ECS Eich ever need service or repair, the solution is a phone call
away to Pyramid Supply.
System Overview
Water has a decisive role in the stone, cement, glass and ceramics
industries: It is used for cooling the production machines, for preventing
the accumulation of dust and in the elimination of stone residues. In
order to work in a cost-effective manner, accumulated used water can be
used again, without difficulty, in the production process following
appropriate purification. In this way, water costs are kept to a minimum
and the costs associated with waste water are completely saved.
The sludge which is removed from the dirty water during the purification
of used water is concentrated in a drying installation to a product which
can be deposited and can, in comparison with conventional sludge
processing, be simply and cost-effectively removed, using a
three-chambered sedimentation tank.
